First Tornillo Build - Tornillo

On a sunny but blustery day in March volunteers from Hands of Christ in El Paso came together to build a 40’ ramp at a home in Tornillo, about 40 miles outside of El Paso. The ramp was constructed for a client with significant mobility issues and will allow safe access not only to and from the home, but also the ability to join family gatherings where a 13” drop within the home had previously prevented active participation.

The Texas Ramp Project is very pleased to partner with Hands of Christ to bring safe access to more residents in the El Paso area. Community partners are the keystone of our work.
