The Burton Bridge Ministry invites the public to come along on a “road trip” for its next fundraiser.
“On the Road Again with Willie and Friends” will offer food, fun and music on Tuesday, August 26th at Burton American Legion Post 242, located at 13100 West Washington Street in Burton.
Doors open at 5 p.m., and a chicken spaghetti dinner will be served at 6 p.m. Allison Crowson and her House Tribute Band will perform starting at 7 p.m., singing songs from Willie Nelson and other country greats. Bill Mock will be a special guest.
Tickets are $30 for dinner and the show. All proceeds directly benefit the Burton Bridge Ministry, whose services include its senior outreach programs, Manna Food Pantry, The Corner Shoppe, transportation, accessibility ramps through the Helping Hands program and the Texas Ramp Build Project, and volunteer opportunities.
