Handicapped child receives ramp in Freestone County

When realizing a handicapped child needed a ramp at home, some individuals and organizations joined together to meet this need. First supplies had to be gathered so April and Anthony Bridgewater, along with some help from the Fairfield Lions Club, purchased what was needed. Then others with knowledge donated their labor and skills.

The Texas Ramp Project Includes Gerald Green from the Fairfield Methodist Church, John Cheek and Steve Senter from Mexia Methodist Church, and Their helpers Kelly Mercer and Ely Azar.

Lunch was provided by Fairfield Brookshire Bros.

Without this coordinated effort of everyone involved, the ramp would still be just a dream and an unfulfilled need.
