We are honored that the United Way of Rusk County Board of Directors unanimously approved the application for Texas Ramp Project for funding in 2026 to help continue the mission of building wheelchair ramps for our neighbors in Henderson and the surrounding community.
This generous grant of $2,000 will provide much needed funding, allowing Jerry Halpain, one of the Texas Ramp Project’s East Texas Regional Directors, to purchase the materials necessary to construct the life-changing wheelchair ramps for those in the most need.
